Yew Tee CC Event CNY 2007 (25 of Feb)
The day started off well with exciting performance lining up in the Yew Tee CC. With the CC manager Mr Patrick for more than a month, Dotbox is excited with the planning stage.
Also, after recovering from the shag work by Perfect Potion Event, (23 - 24 feb which we will blog about it later when we get the picture). Dotbox is set to rock and roll again.
Bearing in mind lesson we learnt from Orient Explorer DnD (Which will blog when we have the pictures) Dotbox's Queen - Si Ying lead the team from experience. Si Ying's skilled management owes the success of this event.
early in the morning, you can see the stage is already setup for the show. With Mr Jensen, our consultant as the Emcee of the event, this is sure a "die die" must watch. Afterall, it is also free!
The performance is kick of the by the hip hop RnB Dance grp for Evergreen Secondary School. Although they are quite young, by don't be shock by the standard they produced!
So after asking interactive with the dance group and the performance that has ended, we start off with something stunning and astonishing. This might be one of the performance that can say outstanding and money worth. Let's welcome our Mr Edmund from Star Dazzle concept
don't be fool! He might look like a clown but he is only just a professional clown, Edmund's skills in magic and "gift" of interactive with kids provided him this career in performing arts and entertaining kids. This is what I call a Good Magician!
Isn't it wonderful? To have such a gift in Singapore? Anyway, he perform overseas too!
So you realise he really can do stuns!
That is not all, see the next few picture what is he trying to do!
So he pumps the balloon....
And pump it big enough.... for him to.....
Oh My God! Am I seeing wrongly? He is putting his head in a balloon...
and he attempt to enter the balloon and he succeeded
And "Ta-Dang", he has successfully complete his trick.
So just when you thought that everything is over. Think about it again. You all have heard about Xu Chun Mei that is from Taiwan that create lots of controversy with her dating young guys, wanting to be Taiwan President etc... You guys should also have seen before on the TV the Singapore version of Xu Chun Mei. and we have her gracing the event as a singer!
Presenting our Lovely Abigail Chay
So she started off singing couple of funny and hilarious song in the CC event. I think the crowd has definitely been entertained with her funny and odd voice. Anyway, she is just one of the superstar in my comment, she dares to stand up and admit about her past! This makes her a good artiste
Anyway, if u realize, Abigail is quite close with our Emcee
So they started to crap on the stage with some jokes and they start to entertain the kids too!
Definitely they are all entertained from the wide smiles the audience gave
Think she put in the effort to be out of the box by dressing in Golden Colour. I must say she is quite pretty and I just wonder if our Emcee is enjoying holding her hands!
Abigail just get too excited and started to sing over time!
Finally Abigail retired and the finale starts! The finale started off with Jensen leading the singing of the common Chinese New Year Songs like, Gong Xi Fa Cai, Cai Sheng Dao, Gong Xi Gong Xi. The audience get hyper and started to join the organising committee.

Finally, the event end with the God of Fortune entering the hall and everybody gotten ready for the "Lou Hen" aka the Lou Yu Sheng which is Chinese custom in Singapore to mix the vegetable and the Salmon fish together to signified Nian Nian You Yu aka prosper new year.
